Woodmen of the World.
Your band is excellent. I really enjoy the Metallica
tribute as well as the Ozzy one. Im playing your music all the time through the
central Arizona area and hope to build your fan base large enough here so that
you might consider coming out for a concert/ jam session. Best of luck to your
band. Steve
California aint exactly bluegrass country, but I was
wakeboarding with some buddies over the weekend and after a particularly nasty
bail, I was floating face up in the water waiting for the boat to swing round
and scoop my lifeless corpse up when I suddenly heard the most "hillbilly" banjo
echoing around me. I first thought I had just hit my head a little harder than
first thought, but it kept getting louder and I could soon distinctly hear the
chorus to Enter Sandman. Just then the boat that was crankin the song blasted by
me with a wave from the driver and the bikini clad occupants. My spirits lifted,
and the sounds of wicked bluegrass filling my head, I gave a quick signal to set
up another run. In anycase, the first thing Ive done since returning home was
find out who was responsible for that banjo... Rock on you guys! Looking forward
to hearing the whole cd and what you have up your sleeves in the future. Maybe
hip hop??
I LOVE the Metallica tribute!! Theyre my favourite
band ever! Ive been listening to your CD all day long and I have to say the
arrangements are brilliant! Youve proven that if a song is great it can be
played in any style and still sound good! I cant wait to hear your Zeppelin and
Black Sabbath songs...rock on! m/
when is the tribute to led zeppelin coming out ? i
listen to samples & they sound great cant wait to buy , so can ya tell me the
cd will be out ? please send me a e-mail. planning to see you guys oct 23 at
alabama hall of fame bluegrass fest.
Just wanted to drop a line and say congratulations to
the band. I know youve worked hard for it. The tribute CDs are exceptional,
and your live shows just as good (and your banjo player is not too bad,
either!!). You represent this area well, and Im glad things are going good for
you. Looking foward to performing with you guys at the Al. Music Hall of Fame on
Oct.23. Stacy (Hurricane Creek)
Was out on deployment, went into the music store
looking for some bluegrass or Metallica, and found the answer to my prayers.

great !!! I am not a big bluegrass fan , but I really like your sound . It
reminds me of Pure Praire League. Ever heard of them?? Good luck , Elaine

Al.Music Hall of Fame.
Well, Im definately looking at Bluegrass differently.
I think you guys did an awsome job. Hats off to you from a Metallica Club
member...
Fade to black just flat blew me away. Never was
abluegrass fan but after listening to your cd I took a friend to see Nickle
Creek. I am a convert. Keep up the good work. Just a little suggestion, how
about some Nirvana?
Thanks to Teresa Head telling us bout you, we are
enjoying your CDs. Yall are awesome! Where have WE been that we had no idea?!
Maybe Teresa should get a cut for PR services huh?! lol Enjoy the Ride and Best
of luck to you.
Great show at City Stages. One comment: DEFINATELY need
a fiddle player. Just the showmanship alone with the banjo provides the audience
with awe as these two instruments are a mysterious sort with the non-musician.
The live nature of the fiddle and banjo breaks before their very eyes adds more
punch. BUT, great show and style. Hope to see yall again. Steve Long, Attorney

Being a fan of cover songs, I bought Fade to Bluegrass
just because the concept sounded so absurd, and figured it would at least
provide a good laugh. Oh. My. God! The CD is spectacular! Ive told all my
friends about Iron Horse, and when I see someone with a Metallica shirt on, I
tell them about the CD as well. Planning on getting the Ozzy tribute soon, and
looking forward to more tributes. Any chance of you guys finding your way up to
Michigan for a show?
Just talked to my Dad this morning (Arron McDonald) and
you guys played at the "Parker Pig Out" last night. Tell Vance to drop me an
email now that hes famous!!!
Youre awesome!
You guys are really something. Fade to Bluegrass
surprised the hell out of me with how well everything fits together. The
harmonies make an excellent addition. Good job! Chris www.makeintendofamous.com
